A photograph of the September 16th Independence Day Parade: The National Guard, unknowingly donated a tank and flatbed truck to the Brown Beret Organization, under the premise that it was donated to the East Los Angeles Free Clinic. The East Los Angeles Free Clinic at the time was sponsored by the Brown Beret Organization. The sign displayed on the tank reads, "THE WAR ON DISEASE". A handwritten caption reads, "ELA Free Clinic Sept 1969 War on Disease".
